Agents need the software and data a company already runs on, most of it built for people. We learn it through its interface, old systems included, so agents can use everything a person can.

### Authority: every action is accounted for.

An agent acts only with authority it can prove, and every action is checked against the company's rules and kept on record. When the work needs more, it goes to the person who can decide.

### Programs: routine becomes code.

Work that repeats shouldn't be improvised each time. Agents turn it into programs that always run the same way, and maintain them as the company changes.

### Memory: nothing is forgotten.

Every conversation, decision, and goal is kept in full, readable at any level of detail and traceable to its source, so people and agents work from the same memory.
